Children's Ministry Assistant
More Info: The Children’s Ministry Assistant (CMA) plays an important role in nurturing the spiritual growth and development of children at Grace Bible Church, primarily those under the age of five. The CMA will work closely alongside the Associate Pastor over family ministries and the Children’s Ministry Director (CMD) to oversee the operations and direction of Grace Bible Church’s family ministry (i.e., children, students, and parents). The ideal candidate will be passionate about cultivating a welcoming environment for children and parents, providing training and appropriate guidance to volunteers, and fostering meaningful connections with volunteers, parents, and children. They will lead in the execution of Sunday and Wednesday children’s services and volunteers for ages 5 and below. They will oversee and manage volunteer and child databases, ensuring all volunteers are appropriately trained. They will assist in developing, distributing, and teaching discipleship materials and programs for families at GBC.
