In 2024, Grace Bible Church was accepted for the "Residency Accelerator" program through Made to Flourish, allowing us to start a new Pastoral Residency with the help of this longstanding organization. In January of 2025, we hired our first pastoral resident, Parker Hudson, who, as of January 2026, has now moved into a permanent staff position at Grace Bible Church as our Student Minister. In the years to come, it is our plan to continue to hire full-time pastoral residents, so that their seminary training is followed by real-world experience in the local church, serving under and often alongside the elders of Grace Bible.
