Reserving Our Facilities

We feel that God has blessed our church with excellent facilities and, thus, feel that we are to be stewards of it. So, we are glad for opportunities to help our church members and other like-minded ministries use our available spaces. Directly underneath this paragraph, you can find the layout of our auditorium, especially pertinent for those looking to book a wedding at Grace. For Members Booking Our Facilities

For members of Grace Bible Church who would like to reserve our facilities, please follow the step-by-step process below. Please note that for most of these steps, you will need to be logged into your Planning Center account.

  1. Visit the Planning Center Calendar to see the rooms available to book. Please ensure that the room is available before you request to book it. If there’s any issue viewing the rooms, reach out to us at, and we will either grant access or help you get that information.
  2. If the room is available, please read and fill out the Building Use and Policy Agreement form. If you prefer to fill out a physical copy, you can stop by our office during our open hours (Monday to Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). 
  3. You will then be notified by a staff member if your request has been approved or denied.
  4. If approved, a staff member will confirm that you have the Cleaning Checklist. This checklist is also available at various points throughout the church building. You must ensure that this checklist is followed in full before, during, and after your event. If it isn’t, cleaning charges may be applied to the event leader, and future requests to book our facilities may be automatically denied until you submit payment.

For Non-Members Booking Our Facilities

For non-members who would like to reserve our facilities, please e-mail us at We will then reach out to learn more about your event and if our church can meet your need. Please note that the four steps above are only for members. Any submissions of the above form from non-members will not be followed up with by our staff.
